It could be providing you with tools to help you feel better as you manage your health and wellness so that you can thrive or allowing you to explore your own sense of purpose and meaning, both personally and professionally- your sense of self-esteem, confidence and ability to navigate your relationships in a healthy way. I approach all my relationships with warmth, respect, compassion and integrity- or at least that is my aim! I am friendly and approachable, open to inviting questions and dialogue in between all audience members.
