For example, treating a woman who has lymphedema in her arm post-breast cancer (oncology care). I am a Combined Decongestive Therapist, which means that I can do skin care, manual lymph drainage treatments, skin care and bandaging. I also have training in Chikly techniques and with Michelle Vassalo. Link to Dr Vodder, Chikly, Michelle. ### ![Sephira Healing Integrated Health](https://sephirahealing.ca/images/Services/Integrated_Health/Integrated_Health.png)Craniosacral Therapy: This gentle approach supports your whole body to relax and soften into homeostasis by connecting to the diaphragms from your pelvis to your cranium, as well as working specifically on balancing the bones in your head. It can help to relieve pain and discomfort in by releasing tension in your whole body. It helps to treat a wide range of health concerns. My hands are placed onto these various areas of your body with light pressure, being guided intuitively to stay for as long as is needed for the tissue to soften and release, if it is able to while in session. Link to article Upledger article here. ### Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing: This type of modality works well with craniosacral therapy for me since I having been working with touch for over 25 years. It is a way to heal from trauma by focusing on body felt sensations. I can offer it just on it’s own, with my client seated across from me, or side by side with me, or since I have a table and more comfort in working with touch, being on the table seems to be a familiar option for my clients who choose to explore this way of working. Read more about it here... ### Other Modalities: I offer a variety of techniques that my clients can choose to incorporate into our sessions, either as part of the overall experience or as standalone options. These include myofascial cupping, myofascial release, scar release, visceral manipulation, reiki, energy healing with chakra balancing, laser therapy, and access bars.
