

Come join us for a Women’s Wellness Retreat focused on breast self-care on April 25, 2026, from 9 am to 6 pm at Ancient Spirals, near Saskatoon. The day begins with a meditative session led by Pam, promoting a positive connection with your body. Afterward, enjoy a specialized yoga class emphasizing breast and chest health. Engage in discussions about normal changes in breast tissue throughout different stages of life. After lunch, learn self-massage techniques to enhance home care. Participate in a creative workshop to express your relationship with your breasts through mapping. The retreat wraps up with mindful movement, free time and a closing circle to share insights.

Meditation- Connecting with your body- your breastsPam will lead you into a relaxing and exploratory meditation, focusing on building a positive relationship with your breasts and chest tissue. Various background music will accompany it, along with subliminal breast health affirmations and healing breast frequencies |

Yoga- Breast and Chest Health YogaBreasts are often not honored or appreciated in a way that creates space for self-care, nourishment and loving attention. My class has a specific lens on poses with the breast and chest in mind, whether they are affected by breast cancer or not. I incorporate a wide range of asana poses- chest openers and lymphatic movements, pranayama breathing techniques and more! |

Know your Breasts in the Labyrinth- Changes, Stages and what’s normalWe will discuss the changes in the labyrinth of life within breast tissue- during the Maiden, Mother, Crone phases of our lives-the herstory of our breasts! Pam will show you what’s normal to feel in each stage and what isn’t normal. |

Self-Care: Breast and Chest Massage techniquesPam will take time to show you some breast and chest massage techniques that you can do for yourself at home- some lymph stroking, some fascial release, some pumping etc. And, we will discuss a variety of home care tips that you can do – hydrotherapy, rebounding etc. |

Creative Workshop: Body Breast mapping and collageHave you ever thought of drawing an outline of your breasts? Or at the very least, checking in with what you notice when you massage them, and putting words, or colors or images on an outline of breasts to represent yours? Pam will lead you through a meditation and breast exploration, with your tops on, or just under your bra if you wish. You can sense what it's like to take the time to notice what your breast tissue feels like, and then draw, or do collage or make notes on your own paper, mapping out your breast specifically and your relationship with them. |

Mindful Movement and Body Awareness- Reconnect with your body through music and free movementWe will take this time to free flow to music, letting our bodies and our breasts feel acceptance for where they are at in our lives. |

Free time- Labyrinth walkfor those who want to walk down to the labyrinth by the water, we will go there to connect with our bodies in nature). There will be time for questions, self-care and project finishing (to finish the mapping or write in your journal.) |

Closing CircleWe will share our final thoughts in one closing circle, noticing what are the most helpful things you can bring into your breast self-care routine at home. |
