— Breast and chest massage therapy is a service that I provide to my clients to address a variety of health needs related to the breast area.

Sephira Healing breast massageBreasts can be an area of the body that are seen as too sensitive or off bounds because of the sexual context in which they are often relegated, but in this professional setting, I offer a safe, and supportive space to attend to any concerns my clients may have such as wanting to get to know their breasts and learn to do their own self breast exam, experience a wholesome full-body massage that includes their chest and breasts; have sessions throughout their pregnancy and any breastfeeding concerns afterwards; any breast pain or benign conditions; diagnostic procedures; benign breast surgeries such as breast reductions, enlargement, implants, explants or gender-affirming top surgery for transgendered people; or any breast cancer related surgeries such as lumpectomies, mastectomies or revisions.

There are a number of techniques that I use in these sessions including breast and chest massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, scar release, craniosacral therapy, cupping , etc. Sometimes in my sessions, I may just do lymphatic drainage throughout the whole session on the breast, or a whole hour of scar Sephira Healing chest massage therapyrelease techniques, or I may combine them, depending on what is needed most to help the breast and chest area. I work to increase range of motion or decrease lymphedema. And, then provide home care for the client to do hydrotherapy- heat/cold, stretch/strengthen or other activities to support their healing.

I have worked primarily with women for
over 20 years in this area as I feel it is of the utmost importance to honor women’s breasts and be a guide for women to learn to respect and care for their own breasts in a loving way.
